Upgraded from electric storage hws to heat pump. Got another quote from a competitor and Solaroak were much cheaper about $2k for an equivalent heat pump. Competitor wanted to charge the same price just to replace existing electric system. Solaroak installed next day and am very happy with overall service provided. Highly recommend

Incredibly impressed with the professional efficiency and customer service provided by this company. Navigating through the endless options for solar power installation can be incredibly daunting.. After having read other positive reviews for Solaroak. I decided to go ahead with this company. From the very first phone call, right through to installation, my experience with them was of utmost satisfaction. The whole process was quick, efficient and hassle free with a very short waiting time ( around 2days ). The team that installed the system were also very respectful, professional and efficient in their work . Needless to say i'm thrilled with outcome and i am enjoying the free electricity that my new solar power is generation. Go confidently with Solaroak you can't go wrong !

We recently got a heat pump HWS through SolarOak. Daniel, Matt and the installation team were excellent throughout the whole process. They took the time to provide some much needed and honest advice up front, were prompt in their quoting, and even faster with the supply and install. Highly recommended!

Look no further. Honestly. What incredible service! We woke to no hot water (almost apocalyptic right? I mean who likes taking a shallow bath with a boiled kettle worth of hot water when all they want is a steamy shower) and I immediately thought, what the heck do I do. I called a friend who immediately discussed the pros and cons with different water heating options. He told me about the heat pump heating and storage units. I immediately thought I want that as it’s environmentally an amazing option and can save $$. Next step- I turned to Google. I scrolled through a few and was immediately drawn to Solaroak. I called the number. Dan answered the phone and then all my questions. Within two hours solaroak was installing our new hot water system. What?! Amazing! Amazing product. Amazing service. I’d give 10 stars if it was an option. Dan and his team deserve them, and more. Thanks so much Dan. You literally saved me from the hell that no hot water is.

In an old 1960's home with challenging replacement of an old electric instant system but these guys had it sorted in a couple of hours. Clean work and a good price (I shopped around). Super happy with the service and outcome!

To say I am very impressed with this company is just an understatement. I called Daniel on Thursday the 28th of April to explain that I had no hot water since 14 days ago..within two minutes after my call, Matthew from the office contacted me and had immediately arranged for a team to install an Enviroheat pump the next day ie Friday the 29th ! Really happy with my experience with SolarOak.I called Dan and inquired about installing a solar system.He thoroughly explained what was needed for our situation. He answered all our questions, then booked a time that suited us both for the install.The install is very neat and tidy given the roof space wasn't facing the ideal way.Over all couldn't be happier with the Service, Knowledge and Customer service.

Hot water system died. On their website filled out a contact me/enquiry form on a public holiday, they called me back shortly after. Long story short, no funny business, just hassle free installation at a competitive price, short turn around using qualified trades

Hot water system died on a Saturday at 5:30pm. I called these guys and was very glad that Daniel took my call. He spent 15 minutes discussing my options. He prioritised my new system and on Monday 11:30am the new system was already delivered. The plumbing and electrical work quality was excellent and the workers were nice people to speak with. Matt called me before and after the installation to make sure everything was ok, and as a bonus they supplied me with a free upgrade to a larger system. Top marks from start to finish.

Awesome job done installed hotwater service like pros, good to see tradesmen taking the time to get it right. Plumbing was done to next level great workmanship and unbelievable price. Would highly recommend there services to anyone.Thanks guys awesome experience from start to finish.
