I recently visited there to get a puncture in my tyre fixed. The couldn't seem to find the leak and instead told me that the issue might be with the air valve cap. They went ahead and replaced it with a plastic cap and charged me $45 for the service.Next day the tyre was flat again. It was clear that they hadn't properly diagnosed the issue and charged me for something that didn't solve the problem. It was a waste of my time and money.I had to go to another tyre shop the next day to get the puncture fixed, and they were able to find and repair it without any issues.Overall, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Four tyres, wheel balance and alignement all done within 1 hour. Customer ServiceExcellent. Good pricing 2nd time there and will go again when my tyres need changing

Absolutely amazing service by these guys. I urgently needed new tyres & they were happy to help out!They kept the car clean and did a wheel alignment at the same time.Definitely recommend these guys!

Car service was good okay, but when heading back to home my sunroofs cloth fall on my head just felt like somebody tried to check It and the cloth of the roof came out. When called the response was not friendly at all atleast no suggestion where to fix it etc., all that I can say , I would not visit the good year werribee branch again .

I been with them since i move to this area about 8 years ago.I take my car to there for service every year. It's always good ,the car never have any big problem.Price is good also.Especially the goodyear brand tyres.Cheaper and last a lot longer than other.

In the current post Covid rush, the team were friendly and gave top service when every other place I called was short, abrupt and couldn’t assist, and was just too busy. While I waited for my vehicle the high quality service was given to clients coming through the door. Thank you will gladly return.

bought 4 new tires and a wheel alignment . Yes my car had lean and they told me about it, i said do your best and they went ahead and did it. Go there a week later and asked them i they could rectify the wheel alignment a bit because it was pulling to the left a bit and i told them i would pay for it. Well they started by calling me a winger and that they should have never done the wheel alignment, i told them the lean was fixed , and they come out with an answer , (did it fix itself) i was going to use their service a lot more but they blew it.

Rude people. Visited there just to ask their pricing and appointment stuff. I tried to enter the workshop by mistake and the mechanic inside almost shouted at me to get out of the workshop and go in the office. The person in the office was also not very supportive. They are expensive too. Never gonna take my cars to them for any service even they offer their services for free.
