Called about an issue with my hot water system, person arrived, took 4 screws off the system said they didn't know the issue and said they'd give a quote for a new system. After chasing them up after 2 weeks they said they'd get back to me.4 months later I received a call after I had gotten someone else to do the job. After informing them that 4 months was excessive for a quote, I was sent a bill for $123 for the time to say they didn't know what the issue was. I would not recommend.
