I called to ask for a quote and the lady whose name I won’t mention, answered the phone very rude and abrupt.She said that they don’t do quotes as they have been caught out before. I have no issue with that in itself but she could have maintained a more professional and courteous attitude. I was spoken to in a poor way for a business that could have gained another client.Safe to say I will never use them as my hairdresser.
