Beyond my recent experience with parts and service I had never dealt with TDJ before and this is a sincerely unbiased and sincere reflection of my experience.Perhaps I'm a little jaded with aftermarket service but expected to be screwed around.Pleasant, understanding, punctual.The entire interaction was a pleasure and a breeze.Special shout out to Tony.Thank you guys.I will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends, family and fellow club members.

Hello Mr Tucci.I tried to purchase one of your products through WES Electronics.I was given arrival times over a period of 4 Months from your staff.. Wes were also given the same arrival times to tell me. Some one from your company who would not supply a name told me the shipment would still be another 2 months away after already waiting 4 months.Then 2 Hours later he said the part was lost. Totally unsatisfactory . He told me wes must have lost the item. BUT IT WAS NEVER SHIPPED TO WES AS YOUR SHIPPMENT NEVER CAME IN.What a joke.

My dog had chewed my remote for my disclite, tony and the team at TDJ were amazing and quick to reply, sent me out a new remote within 1 day, fully operational and works perfectly.Very happy, Indi and I thank you guys.

Outstanding service. Buttons failed on 4 year old clarion 706nxau unit. Was so easy to send in and have it repaired for a hell of alot less that a new one. Runs like brand new now. They called and communicated like service should be. Perfect service.

Searched Perth for a small part for my inverter, no luck. Contacted TDJ, ordered the missing part, and it was delivered to me the following day. Absolutely fantastic service, the best I have ever received. Well done.

Purchased a dash cam which was faulty out of box after waiting weeks for a warranty claim they then rejected warranty saying it has been misused even though it was never fitted, spoke to Tony Faella who dismissed claim and said to speak to place of purchase. These people are a joke do NOT deal with them.
