We came up to Byron for our first family holiday with our 6 month old twins and were recommended Sarah and Happy Hearts Nannying by a friend who lived locally. Never having left them with a babysitter before we were a bit anxious but instantly on meeting Sarah felt comfortable - she was lovely, approachable and most importantly great with the babies. For days when she wasn't available she had a network of other nanny's who were all also great. Couldn't speak more highly of her and was so nice to have a few nights out!

I used Happy Hearts Nannying Agency on my recent trip to Byron Bay. I was in town for a month for work and holiday and needed help almost daily for my daughter Grace who is 13 months old. I felt so comfortable leaving my baby with the multiple carers that Sarah arranged for me during the trip. Sarah and her team (when required) were incredibly caring, relaxed and we felt totally comfortable leaving our babies - for the first time I might add. We have our own 7month old, and stayed with a couple who had 6month old twins. The trust was instant, and the attention to detail was much appreciated. Would highly recommend :)
