I had wanted 5 frames quoted and had a mobile framer come around and do a ‘free quote’. His quote was around $1200, to which I replied I would have to discuss it with my girlfriend when she was home. He insisted that I call my girlfriend who was at work, but I declined to do so. This left a sour taste in my mouth. My mother recommended The Picture Hook. Alex was very professional and happy to work within a very reasonable budget. It was well worth the drive down from Brisbane. Unfortunately as I was loading one of the framed pictures into my car, the wind blew one over. Alex noted this, and despite not being obliged to do so, offered to fix it free of charge. This is a great little family business. I’d happily recommend to anyone.

I was so impressed with the customer service from Alex from The Picture Hook from our very first interaction. Alex was super helpful and knowledgeable when I first called on the phone to ask a few questions about framing a print I had acquired. I felt so at ease after our chat that I knew this was the right place to go - I had enquired at 2 other framing shops on the Gold Coast on the same day and did not get the same vibe. Alex was always happy to answer my questions and I really appreciated that he was happy to explain the process to me and educate me on the materials etc - nothing was ever too hard. I cant forget about the price either, I would say they are very fair priced and competitive for the amazing work they do. I picked up my order today and I am so stoked with it!! The quality of the Tassie Oak is amazing, and they truly listened to my request of please no knots if possible and they delivered. It is perfect and I won't ever hesitate to recommend The Picture Hook. Thank you so much to the team!

Great service and framing knowledge. Our job was a bit out of the ordinary and complex. However, Alex went beyond what could be expected to get us the result we hoped for. Great professional service that we appreciated a lot and can highly recommend. Also very reasonable cost. Would give six stars if possible.
