Absolutely shocking service. We ordered parts that were available on the website to be told they didnt have them. We waited over a month (when we were informed it would only be 2 weeks) for the parts to be sent to the WRONG customer, WRONG address and WRONG state. After waiting a further week the parts came missing with wires cut. When we spoke with the company politely to rectify our issue we responded with in a shocking and rude manner. Do NOT order from this company. The guy Bill is sooooo rude i cannot fathom how he still is employed. Atrocious!!!!!

1. suspension is falling apart2.Jeep had to re-wire the winch and light bar as after it was assembled by double black my wrangler had constant electrical problems. double black tried to blame the battery terminal as it is tapered (same as all cars Hahaha). i did not except that stupid answer. never going back to double black.3..light switch for light bar was also placed where i cannot see it.

I used to get my Wrangler serviced at Jeep and they only did the usual bare basics. So I tried Double Black Off Road and they where so helpful and cheaper than the Jeep Stealer that I have never gone back. Hanging around there I could not help but get a few THINGS" done to the Jeep and the Team where helpful and gave me great advice and excellent pricing. I can't complain. Well done Double Black!!"

I had Bill and his staff do a lot of work on my Jeep while I was overseas, and to say I was happy with the result is an understatement. There were quite a few mods added as well as some mechanical work (head gasket). The job was of an extremely high quality and the constant contact and updates while I was os added to a very positive experience. Overall the service was extremely friendly with helpful advise from very knowledgeable 4wders that have a great understanding of Jeeps. The easiest 5 stars I've ever given.....
