The hours posted on google maps didn’t match up to their actual hours (open Monday - Sunday 7am-9pm) which resulted in us showing up three times to locked doors. We even tried communicating with them over the phone, but no luck.Unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience for us.

If your Not taking your phone here then you should. Got my iPhone screen repair done here for nearly half what they wanted to charge me at the Ballina fair. And the screen looks exactly the same. Quick as well

Very impressive service. The fella just looked at the back of my phone and knew it was a Samsung j7. What impressed me more was that instead of telling me to repair the phone. Suggested I purchase a new Samsung from big W. Happy and chirpy. Left the store with a smile and a restored faith in people

Nothing was too much trouble here. No other store was willing to take on the repair of my samsung galaxy fold screen. Felt comfortably paying deposot and waiting 3 weeks for screen. Best experience in retail customer serivce in a long long time. Mr gadget took the time to show me over and over how to back up my imformation which im surprised was free.

Had a great experience with this company today. I broke the screen on my apple iPhone and after a phone call a technician came our to my house and fixed it. The process was simple and the price excellent.

With zero doubt or hesitation this place is Ballina best iPhone repair store. Went to the fair and they quoted me over $400 to fix my iPhone screen can u believe that. Well I had to get a second opinion and this place quoted $199. But the best bit the lady fixed me iPhone right before my eyes all while having a chat. I reckon it took no more than 10 minutes. Swift service and same screen other place uses.

Just had a rather exceptional experience with this store that I would like to share. I dropped my phone for the first time ever and completely smashed the screen. Called up and the technician was able to come out and repair my phone within a few hours. Rather pleased with the service and price

Very impressed with our Samsung phone repair experience with the Gadget Hospital. Nothing was a problem for the technician who was very willing to assist and repair my Samsung phone. All round good guy who exceeded my expectations in what I thought would be difficult process.
