Great to see Kmart moving with the times and getting tech savvy in response to Phillips HUE brand of smart home and electrical accessories. Kmart have decided to introduce there own brand product which already has over twelve different products and accessories on the market. The difference here is half the price compared to Phillips brand and thus far you cannot tell a difference with these. Sure Phillips currently have more options in their range but as this is a new product from Kmart it will take time to market and get all the products which are still under development out. My advice give it a go

The staff memebers are quite friendly. However, I am afraid that the administration and management has some problems. There are used to stock missing, messy presentation on the shelf. More importantly, there could be no staff at all at the cashier area. No one is in the desk and no one is supporting the self-checkout too. The machine says someone need to check our goods by visual and we end up with waiting for about 5 minutes before someone come back.

I bought a sheet set by mistake, I want to exchange for the right size but the store person told me that's not possible due to the store policies, Since there are no signs with the exchange policies for bedding items. I asked for the manager, Then Maria showed up, with a very arrogant attitude, I explained her that I didn't know the right size of my daughter's bed, but she asked me if I could read the letters on the label, and then she said if you don't know how to read that's not my problem"

Loved this local store but am deeply disappointed with the Customer Service at the Self-Checkout area this afternoon. Upon giving my feedback about the incorrect pricing of one of the soda Stream flavors, I was shocked by the unprofessional displayed by the Customer Service Rep, her tone was dismissive & indifferent which made me question the value placed on the customer satisfaction within your organisation. Some respect and professionalism go a long way...

Extremely poor customer service.Called them multiple times but they never answered the phone calls. I ended up calling the head office to help me to get through. Those reviews before me speaking the truth.

I was very unhappy with this store there was not one maned checkout they were all self service checkouts not good enough no customer service at all and then you walk out they have the cheek to want to check your docket. I won’t be back very poor form.
