The worst costumer service. We are locals in Agnes Water and is a shame and sad we can't use the local shop because of the rude people that owns it. The old woman treated us like idiots when asking for a bag when she saw we were with our hands full and spending $80 at the shop.Had use the shop a few years back and the fishing rod broke on the first use and they never helped us with that and giving them another chance this time it was even worse the experience.Is a shame we will not be able to recommend them to anyone.

I have never experienced such rude customer service in my life. The young man is lovely but the old man and woman were awful. They were insulting me personally because they sold me a broken fishing rod and I asked for them to fix it or replace it. They did not want to do that and kept telling me I broke it when I wasn’t able to use it because the reel was broken. If you are selling broken items don’t personally insult your customer when you are in the wrong. Do not recommend

Walked into the shop to purchase some bait. Said gday to the shop attendant to just get a frown and a blunt stare in return. The lack of customer service made me go elsewhere.
