Mobile Campus iPhone, iPad, Samsung Repair Cronulla

I got my screen protector replaced at this shop, and bought the high quality one the shop owner recommended. The screen protector he put on covers my front camera, and I can no longer use the front cam as it makes the pictures all blurry and terrible quality. Initially I was worried about this but he assured me that it is a great protector. I went back to ask for a refund or a different replacement and he simply denied and refused to take accountability for the problem. Incredibly disappointed with this service and I won't be using this repairer again.

i bought a screen protector from this place and it said that it was 9H tempered super glass and it was just a sheet of plastic. it also said that it was privacy guaranteed which means your screen cant be seen from the sides and this was absolute bs. thanks mate for wasting my time and money, never going here again.

I always ensure I have tempered glass screen savers on my iPhone for protection.Took my phone to have the screen protector replaced on 31.01.23. Was recommended a $40 ceramic screen saver as the best option. When he put it on it didn't perfectly fit my phone screen, so I queried whether it was for the right model.He assured me it was.I dropped my phone on Friday 10.02.23 It impacted the side of the screen that the protector was not aligned with and it cracked my phone screen. I immediately rang him up. He said to bring it back to the Shop. So on Saturday 11.01.23, I did. Only to find they had shut up shop!Look I know you have no guarantee that a protector will stop your screen from getting cracked on impact, but I took his advice that it was the right screen protector & made for my model iPhone in good faith. it didn't & then he blatantly lied to me about bringing it back to the shop, knowing he wouldn't be there and the business would be closed. They are a franchise so buyer beware I guess.

I live interstate and during my time in Syndey, my phone's lock screen button stopped working and subsequently ran out of battery so it could not be turned on. Mobile campus advised that a screen replacement would fix the issue and I could pick the phone up anytime the next day before close at 5:30pm.Between 10am and 1:30pm the following day I called and texted multiple times for an update, all of which went unanswered. At 2:30pm I went to the store where I was disappointed to find that the store was closed. This is despite Google showing the store's opening hours as being from 10:30am to 4pm.I had to travel back to my interstate home without a phone and organise for my father in law to send the phone to me mail, once ready. When I spoke to the staff member over the phone, they simply told me my phone was ready. It was only when my father in law paid that the staff member advised that he replaced the screen but was unable to fix the lock button.In summary, I was given assurances that my phone would be fixed and when I could pick it up. Instead, I was left without a phone for 4 days and when I received it, it still did not work and was out of battery with no means of turning it on. I also had to pay $180 for a service I didn't need (plus postage and the cost of actually getting it fixed at back home) and the company has since refused to respond to my emails seeking to discuss the matter.There are multiple other phone repair options in Cronulla and I would strongly suggest they are used rather than dealing with Mobile Campus.

I've purchased protectors for my phones from this shop and found them to be great. Today, with my phone continually freezing and not being able to fix it myself I walked in and Sashi was quick to get it going without any dramas. Would highly recommend this place.
