Ashmore PCYC run some fantastic classes with first class trainers. Gaby is always cheery and has such a positive energy, gets you through the challenging workouts. All the trainers are so well prepared, always demonstrate every exercise and monitor technique throughout. Highly recommend this place.

I think PCYC Ashmore is a great gym all staff are friendly and helpful always willing to take the time to help you out.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym. I put a lot of time and effort into looking for a gym that suited my needs. Ashmore PCYC has everything I needed in a gym .I am 68 yrs old and have joined some over 50s classes and yoga. I drive over 20minutes each way because this was the only gym I could find that caters for EVERY AGE GROUP. Helen is one of the trainers who took me through how to use the machines and did a program for me. She also takes some over 50’s classes. She is an amazing motivator .Always looks so happy to be at the gym. This gym has given me a new lease on life. I was pretty much a couch potato before joining. A big plus is value for money. They give seniors a 20% discount on fortnightly fees. Also the free fob they give when joining means you can turn up any time night or day.

PCYC Ashmore is so much more than just a fantastic gym. It's a community. I've been going there for 6 years now, having trained in many gyms over the years, and can easily say it's the best one I've ever been to. Friendly knowledgeable staff, brilliant amenities and great prices. It caters to all ages and training needs with a huge range of equipment, exercise classes for all levels of fitness and activities, as well as loads of other services like Boxing, Dance, Physio's and much more. The oval and running track is so great and all the equipment was recently upgraded which has been a really good bonus. My son has just started training with me and he loves it. Highly recommended for all ages.

One of the best equipped gyms on the gold coast. The staff are fantastic especially Helen, Brock and Gabbie. Open 24/7. Massive oval. Classes are excellent when I have time and the price is hard to beat. What more do you want? 5 stars.
