Beautiful village

Great place to live. Well priced. Many amenities available to all on site. Nice views.

Newly established over 50's living. Staff were very friendly and well advised on the various homes and land packages.

First time there to deliver to a customer after Christmas. The place is very clean, units are also new spacious and well structured.

Very nice, looks good they keep up the maintenance as in gardens. What i have heard they put on some brilliant social events.

Clean looking and friendly should be a good place to live

My wife and I move in to our new home st Sanctuary Lifestyle Drouin tomorrow. We started looking at Lifestyle villages some 2 years ago, and more recently became serious as we looked more in detail as to what the Lifestyle villages were offering.We looked at Berwick Waters, Officer Lifestyle, Casey Fields and others , then by chance a message on my computer screen came up about Sanctuary Lifestyle in Drouin. Initially my wife was a little reluctant in looking at Drouin, however we decided to drive down to compare the style of homes available at this new community. Immediately we were impressed. Designs were both modern and stylish. Price wise, so much more affordable than others we had look at. Amenities are second to none...and weekly fees much less than every other community we had looked at. We settled on the Balnarring design, well not quite , we fell in love with it ! If you are thinking of an over 50’s lifestyle community then take a look at Sanctuary Lifestyle in Drouin, you won’t be disappointed! Now my wife and I are looking forward to enjoying our SEA CHANGE... making new friends, and taking part in the many activities that are available..perhaps we’ll be neighbours one day!
