Amazing customer service! Came in to grab a couple of treats for my dogs birthday and she was showered with love and goodies! Our regular go to to get Black Hawk kibble which has done wonders for my dogs coatLooking forward to taking my dog in for a groom here as I’m sure she will be treated well

Amazing service! Our family just adopted Rocco the ginger cat and the process was fast, smooth and you could tell how much they genuinely care for their animals.Rocco was difficult to get into the carrier but they were so gentle and patient, eventually they loaned me a larger carrier as mine was a smidge too small to get him in comfortably and on returning the carrier, a different staff member checked in to see how Rocco was adjusting to his new home.Very happy with this shop and plan to be a loyal customer for all my pet supply needs.

Amazing staff, amazing service and incredibly knowledgeable and just always incredibly reliable. Great groom every time. Oh and AWESOME prices. Will NOT go anywhere else.

I love this place, I love the tip top level of service I get. I can bring my dog in & get her nails clipped. My dog hates getting her nails clipped but the staff there are totally cool and get the job done without traumatising her. There's lots of dog treats and the staff are always super cool, you can feel confident leaving your dog here for a trim. They love their job.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough! All the staff are lovely and Tim and his assistant always do such an amazing job grooming our two dogs. We’ve taken our puppy here since his first groom and they’ve made the whole process stress free. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to have our dogs groomed! Fantastic independently owned pet shop and groomer!

This has to be the most helpful and bes pet shop I have ever been into. Staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly and helpful. Will def make this my most use pet shop

Our day would be a failure if we didn't visit Nellys Ark - Honey Dog takes over our walk as soon as we are on the main road she heads straight for her favourite people- thanks Tim Nelly and staff for the super spoiling she gets - you make our day always Eleanor & Honey Dog
