AS a complete beginner, Ben was the most patient, understanding and educational salesperson i was fortunate enough to meet. I have visited the shop more than a several times and he has been honest and genuine on every occasion, thank you.The outlet has some great jerseys and accessories at competitive prices and the quality of brands stocked up on speak for themselves.Definitely worth a visit if you are around !

I came from Parramatta all the way to the retail shop located in Gordon. I was planning to buy a Cervélo road bike and already have my budget around 12 grand ready . Unfortunately, the customer service was rude. one of the elder staff told me “Please don’t touch the bike, those bikes are more than 10,000 dollars. No one want the bike got damaged in case of something happens unexpectedly. You can call us to instruct you if you keen to buying one”. What a shame! I would strongly recommend bike purchasers do not shopping in this retail store unless they improve their poor customer service.

Ben was great at going through the bike fit process, explaining each element as he went, and suggesting appropriate gear upgrades to help improve a bike that is probably past middle age by now!Subsequent service on the bike has it running like pretty much like new - very helpful, and great results - one ride later and I think he has nailed the bike fit.

I had bought a 2018 Cervelo S3 frameset from Ben a few years ago and absolutely loved it. But I've always harboured a desire to get my hands on the upgraded 2019/2020 S3 and thought if anyone could source the now discontinued rim brake version in black and red it would be him. I contacted Ben expecting to hear there were none left in stock and initially that was the answer. But shortly after that I got an email from Ben letting me know he had found one! He could have easily said sorry mate

I visited Ben at Pedals Plus to get my first bike fit on my new TT bike. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and down to earth giving me a great fit and a smooth experience.He was also extremely knowledgeable and passionate about bikes and myself being a aspiring triathlete and competing in my first ironman 70.3, Ben was enthusiastic to offer his advice and experience in the area being a multiple ironman finisher himself.Great laid back guys, will definitely be returning in the future!

I came to Pedal Plus for a replacement for my old bike which unfortunately is no longer good to be used. Ben, knew exactly what I needed and his suggestions were spot on. Being very small my choices were limited due to my size also the nature of cyclist I am, a climber. I purchased a R5 Cervelo, gorgeous, super light, very powerful and stable. Ben ensured the bike has the best bits and I can climb like a goat. I can't recommend his services enough. He also has the best bike mechanic in town, Peppe.Thank you so much Mr Larsen, you have a very satisfied customer. Five star for everything.

Ben did a great job servicing my bike at a great deal cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere. He also gave me advice on how I could be more comfortably seated on it, helping a bit of a newbie. Highly recommend!
