Very friendly staff and do their best to solve any issues you may have or point you in the right direction.

Knowledgeable as far as I can tell but I took my small Stihl battery chainsaw chains in for a sharpening only to be told he's not buying a $200 sharpening stone specifically for the smaller chain. Pretty poor attitude seeing he's a Stihl dealer and would sell the same saws with the same sized chain. Sometimes you gotta spend money to make money.Edit from dealer response: Why would I make such a thing up? I suppose I'm a lier like you claim on the rest of the bad reviews. I've still got the blunt chains sitting in my work ute and I can assure people that this is what he told me. Ive personally avoided the joint since as it left a bad taste in my mouth. Now reduced to 1 star for basically calling me a liar.

Great place and service. However long queue's on Saturday around close time.

I saw the reviews and went in with an open mind. Within 15 seconds I was acknowledged and when it was my time I was served. It was an absolute pleasure to shop here, ALL STAFF were HONEST and very easy to talk to. Ollie & I recommend Day's to anyone and we look forward to shopping their again soon and getting our mower serviced in time.

Be warned do not trust this business get a quote first. Took my ride on mover for repairs and and never expected the bill I received. Rang this place asking for a update on my mover. never received a call back to confirm what was wrong. Got the shock on completion. Charged me me initially $715. for the work done. Even tried to charge me for my own blades I supplied myself. Oops made a mistake he said. Will credit that back. charged me a$20.00 booking fee. On top of that charged a 2.5 per cent credit card fee. That is a rip off. On top of his ridiculous labour fees. $380.Struggling to pay this. Spoke to him about the invoice and the itemised charges. Arrogant beyond my belief. He had my mover and I paid. Had no choice. Be warned you have a choice. Don't go there. I still had to pay over $650.Serves me right for being trusting.

Staff at Day's have always been nice, respectful and prompt. Will keep going back to them.I live on a 10,000sqm property and have every garden maintenance equipment one can think of, including a ride-on.

RESIDENTS OF WALLAN AND SURROUNDING SUBURBS BE AWARE.I won't go into details but the owner is rude, obnoxious and lacks customer service skills. All I can say is the police were involved, who after hearing my story were very supportive. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

They were very helpful in finding and getting in an item that we were not able to get anywhere else. Staff were very friendly, even offered a coffee on collection of item. Will definitely be a return customer.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff and very professional. Purchased a chainsaw and was given a step by step guide on the how to. Follow up phone call was very impressive as is the ability to pop in and ask questions regarding servicing etc. without feeling intimidated. Highly recommended.
