The Subiaco studio at LA Fit is so relaxing and welcoming, as are all the trainers! Even after five weeks I am still sore after every class and am yet to get bored of the routine.. also had a LOT of compliments recently on my butt! ;) Quick results and a great team.

I have been so impressed with this studio. The classes are an amazing workout and the instructors are so high energy! The megaformer classes are incredible and the instructors are really supportive in improving technique. 10/10 would recommend!

I’m so happy I found this studio especially after not loving the vibe at Bike Bar. I dropped in here a few times while visiting from the states and the whole experience was wonderful and not at all intimidating. From the front desk staff to the instructors everyone was welcoming, kind and helpful. Shane has the most infectious energy and I forgot I was working out while in his class. Both ride and lagree are killer workouts with highly skilled instructors. Well done LA Fit!

Fantastic instructors who are always so attentive , making sure you get a great work out at every session. Especially great if you have had injuries but still need to get a challenging work out . I love LA fit studio.

The staff and atmosphere are so inclusive, I had never done Pilates before or even group fitness classes but it didn't matter at all! I feel so welcomed. The classes are amazing, I am always looking forward to my Pilates nights.

Super efficient workout in 45 minutes. I love my 2 megaformer classes per week which I team up with 1 rhythm ride cycle class to get my heart rate absolutely pumping! Lots of excellent instructors and the Subiaco studio is clean and bright. High positive vibes every time I go.

Such an amazing experience at this studio for my first class. The studio is amazing and the facilities are equally as good. All the instructors seem really friendly and Kelley was great and taking me through the first class and correcting me when I needed it. I can't wait to get to my next class and definitely think I'm already addicted. Highly recommend this for someone who wants to challenge themselves and their body but also help their posture and alignment.

All classes are amazing - they leave you feeling motivated, upbeat, and refreshed and ready to start your day the right way. In particular, Bec's spin class is incredible because of her energy & passion for the clients. Thoroughly enjoyed the Ride or Die challenge with them, and now im hooked!!!

Have just started going to LA Fit Studio in Subiaco and am totally in love with both Megaformer and Ride and the changes that are starting to happen to my body after only a few visits. Definitely a great all over workout. Everyone that works there has been incredibly welcoming, supportive and motivational. Thank you ladies, I am looking forward to seeing what my body can achieve!
