WORST AGENT EVER.This is a disgusting property management agency.Asked for a ridiculous amount rent increase when 3 person living in the house instead of 2 person in a 3 bedrooms house!!!!!Extremely annoying behaviour of every 3-month inspection, and totally unpredictable arrival time, as they set the potential arrival time between 9:00-14:00. We will need to take a whole day off to prepare for their arrival. To prevent the agent from stealing any personal items.Avoid this property management at all costs.They just wanted to rip you off.They also keep encouraging the owner to increase the rent and maximize their profit despite the owner didn't want it.

It's very hard to find a good Property Manager & unfortunately CPPM is not one of them. After over 8 years of a single tenancy managed through CPPM I have been left with $10,000 of repairs to get the property rentable again with years of inspection reports stating the Property was being well cared for". When issues were highlighted like 1 metre high weeds growing in the gutters the property manager blamed the previous manager who had since left CPPM. Disgusting service after years of commission

Avoid if you can, as a tenant. We have had a terrible experience with this agent. They are rude and threatening. We had mold growing in the bedroom, which we continually had to clean, and found out was coming from mold left under the paint job before we moved in, and nothing was done.No repairs or maintenance were done to the property while we lived there, aside from changing a fire alarm, but the property manager while rude, combative and set up an adversarial relationship that got us offside from the beginning when we merely asked for assistance with an ongoing mold problem, in a polite manner, that was coming from under the paint. Then they wanted to put the rent up $25 a week, despite no maintenance being done, no answer to our mold BENEATH THE PAINT concerns, and regular disruption to use of our car park, which we pay rent for.Throughout our entire time in our building, there were renovations going on above us, which we would at least receive regular communications about. This meant that, the entire time we were living there, there was drilling coming from upstairs almost all day.Our car park was requested for maintenance twice, for two days, with less than 12 hours notice, and the property manager had no idea about it. We ended up not having a car park for a week, with regular extensions" to the time coming randomly at night
