Rang these guys about a used car and when I asked about log books, Norm told me the cars log book wasn't stamped for the last 9 years but said it may have been serviced and just not stamped (for the last 9 years??). Norm being a used car salesman then abruptly said if I have any doubts about the cars service history then don't come out to have a look at the car. Thanks Norm for your advice and I will be staying far away from Fergusons Toyota Used cars and their used car salesmen.

Purchased a second hand 2005 Hyundai Getz from Norm at Fergusons Toyota. The price was fair, the car was in great condition and the service received was excellent. Norm was a great guy and made the whole process super laid back and easy. Norm was honest, he went through the cars mechanical history with me. He cared about my specific needs in terms of a car, showing me other cars on the market that would have fit my needs.I would 10/10 recommend purchasing a car from them, it was the best experience i have had in purchasing a second hand car.

Such Impeccable service I had a few small issues when Purchasing a car from these guy , that were completely out of their hands but in saying that James and team rectify all issues and went above and beyond to sure the best outcome for myself and assisted me in all areas required. I bought a used Mazda CX 3 from Irwan, his service was friendly, honest and communication was excellent. I was also looked after by Anthony whist Irwan was busy when I picked up the car, he patiently showed me all features of the car and helped with insurance. I would highly recommend this dealership.
