Terrible customer service.Were told that our purchased dining table is damaged in their warehouse and no stocks available at all on a phone by the manager. We were so disappointed and ask what else could they do for us as we bought it under a good offer. The store manager just tell us nothing they could do, just refund or turn into store credit, and even claims that none of the other retailer could provide more either.So we went to the store and ask for a refund on spot as we find insecure to mention card number etc on the phone, the staff over counter, name Dominica starts being agitated.Nick Scali has lose us a dining table that we shop for long and also bought it in a good deal, we even bought matching chairs for it.There's no apologies since we were told our purchased dining table was damaged in their warehouse by the store manager and now even the staff showing us their attitude on spot like we are the one who owe them.

Bought 2 set of couch. Quality of the couch was good. Unfortunately, delivery service was terrible. Took half a day off from work and waited for delivery. Yet the delivery team called 2.5 hours prior to the time frame given. Rushed back home for the delivery yet they deliver it to the wrong house (even after I called for a change of address with sufficient time (about 1 week prior)). First delivery team (3 guys) was terrible. They brought in the couch through my front door, scatched my walls, then broke my shoe rack, did not apologize then just walk off as if nothing happen.Second delivery was much better. At least they are careful with the walls and flooring and came within the estimated time frame.

We just spent $9000 on a lounge a month ago still awaiting delivery. Went again today to buy a another lounge for our home theatre room. My son was behaving naughty at the store and the older sales lady today with the fringe gave me such a bad look noding her head and rolling her eyes at me. Totally racist and rude. She's in sale and should be able to talk to the customers nicely not node her head and give my a dirty look. Immediately after she did that my mood went down and I felt like leaving the shop. I would hope the higher management reading this could let this lady know to be a better person and kinder with parents with kids .

1 Star for the quality of the furniture which i have not even received for over 2 months. I am very disappointed in the customer service and delivery aspect of this company. Both sales and delivery team do not collaborate to make delivery a smooth experience for customers. I paid full deposit for a furniture and expected it to be delivered smoothly on the date confirmed with the sales team. However, delivery was moved 3 times because I am suppose to contact the delivery team myself on the day? I had a confirmation text a few days prior the delivery which i responded to go ahead. My item did not get delivered on the day because i failed to reply to another confirmation text on the day it was coming? Please improve your delivery method as it is upsetting to pay over $2000 for an item for the company to play games. I confirmed twice for an item to be delivered (this happened 3 times). I am glad that other customers have had a great experience, which is why i decided to shop with Nickscali, however, i am upset with the service i received and will never shop with this company again. Sales team failed to effectively communicate the terms & conditions and refund policy. I have yet to receive my furniture and will take legal action if necessary.

Terrible customer service at every level. Bought a 4-seater sofa. Delivery was Saturday 8am - 12pm. At 12:20pm the delivery driver called to state that he had no time to do the delivery. Saturday morning wasted. Called the hotline twice. Both operators promised a call back but never did. Hotline closed midday. Called Cannington branch, manager only said “It should not have happened”. Nobody made apologies for wasting my Saturday. Today, received a call to ask for a screenshot to prove I made payment because driver lost the EPTPOS machine. I said ask your accounts to trace the payment because I have paid. She rather inconvenience me than her accountant because it was only a few transactions. Unbelievable. I declined and told her why. She then THREATENED to send debt notices to my mail. At this point I told her that better not happen or there would be consequences. Nick Scali? Never again!

Avoid Nick Scali furniture at all costs. I purchased an expensive dinning table. First one arrived damaged. The company eventually agreed to replace the top. However, the replacement top is warped and the whole table wobbles. Neither version is as attractive as the one in the showroom. It is, of course, impossible to speak to anybody; the customer services department is designed to make it near impossible to complain. Go somewhere else; anywhere else but NS.

1) you can't buy from stores: they're only showrooms". 2) delivery for 3 small boxes (shoebox size) in metro area was offered for $120. 3) 10 day wait to get a pick up appointment at Malaga warehouse. 4) pick up only 10am-12:30 and 1:30pm-3pm. Good luck if you have a job. 5) Sales guy taking details for order and following up ok the phone was curt with a dash of obnoxious. And this

Im giving this poor review because I came into the shop after weeks of research and planning - basically, I have looked at many rugs in many different stores and have decided on one that I liked at Nick Scali. I was ready to purchase it and the lady staff confirmed its availability, but then went on to tell me that it didn’t suit the colour of my lounge and wall colour (after she asked me about it). I told her this was the colour I was looking for but she persisted and told me that I should buy a totally different colour tone, which I didn’t like. because of her, Nick Scali lost a customer because she made me feel my choice wasn’t good enough and made me feel embarrassed about my choice. I went straight away to a different shop and bought a rug in the same colour tone. Please review and train your sales team - they should be encouraging customers rather than putting them down. This was at the Beckenham branch.

I had visited Nick Scali Cannington to purchase Perlato rug. I had already made up my mind to buy the rug, just wanted to touch and feel in person and get it from the store instead of online delivery. I personally LOVED Nick Scali furnitures and had purchased sofa and coffee table from them a few years ago. However, the disappointment in customer service in my visit to the store on 14th of September afternoon has completely ruined the name of the company.I walked into the store with my husband which had NO customers since it was a Wed arvo. On the shop floor there were 3 staff, 15-20 minutes in, no on had even acknowledged us or said hi, I had to abruptly ask if anyone was free to help us. They were sat down in a sofa chatting away. Still no hi, no sorry, not even an eye contact. One of the older male (seemed to be a manager) bluntly called a lady at the counter to come and help us.After checking the Perlato rug on display, we wanted to go ahead with the purchase and asked the lady if it was in stock. She went to check with the manager, who was still sat in the very same sofa chatting to 2 others. He said 'What rug? Perlato? I know Ivory is out of stock.' What he did not know was that Perlato is only available in grey. He did not even bother to check the system. Lady comes back, checks the 'system' and tells that it's in stock at the warehouse and we could get it delivered for $50 and it would take 14 days! However, I knew that delivery fee is free if I get it from the website. Asked if I could pick up from the warehouse in Malaga, checks with the 'MANAGER' who said 'no' still sat in the sofa, reason being the 200x280 rug is a heavy item and it's not safe for us to carry. Despite how much I liked the rug I had to leave it at this point, did not even want to purchase the rug online. ATROCIOUS customer service. This experience has ruined their reputation for me and I will never be back. Although I liked their furniture style there are other furniture shops nice too equipped with better service.

My fiance were looking at buying all our furniture for the house. I found a dining table I loved, a entertainment unit, coffee table and buffet. My other half found a modular sofa. We had done lots of ground work at many stores so we knew what we wanted. As soon as one of the sales team started talking to me she told me that all the furniture we had chosen wouldn't work with the style of the house (she had visually not seen any of the space or colours) and strongly suggested colours completely opposite to what we had chosen. She gave us her card, needless to say I threw it out and won't be returning. Truely a negative experience. Another customer lost.
