My husband and I loved this place. Beautiful place and good vibes.We dealt with Shish and he is a very nice and gentleman. His prompt response and soft spoken behaviour can definitely win anyone's heart. He is very understandable man. I want to say Thanks to him.Santosh, the manager is very nice too. I was so busy and unable to eat, however Santosh approached me more than once and requested to eat, despite I told him that I am oaky but Santosh still encouraged me to taste at least little bit. We are very appreciate. Staff are so helpful. Even at the end of the night, one of the female staff helped me to carry my little baby.Food are delicious. Never disappointed with food from Third eye/ Aiden. My guess loved the food. They said they normally eats only entrée but this time they ate enjoyed main meal too.We will definitely choose Aiden in future again.

Beautiful place with nice staff. They have provided great service on our son's weaning ceremony. Highly recommended.

We recently celebrated our son’s birthday at Aiden Palace. The service and the quality of food were well received by our guests. Highly Recommended.

Sisir Dai was great & easy to talk to. The function center & the owner very nice. But the staffs are very irresponsible. The staff at the bar, my god, was rude, no customer Service skills what so ever. It was my wedding every thing was going perfect while the owner was there but later we had a terrible experience from the staffs. The over weight person at the bar was just rushing to go home at 7:30. Some of my wedding guests went home without having dinner. We gave the guy the cake, he completely destroyed it & it was left on the table without plates n cutlery. I don’t want the business owner to bear the damage caused by some terrible staffs. The place is good but the staffs have the worsts personality & attitude. I had to deal with such staff on my most wonderful day. We paid $44 per head & 300$ per hour extra for Sunday evening. Sisir dai you were great n thank you for your service. one staff could ruined the whole show with his bad attitude.

We had our daughters 16th Birthday Party here and we together with all our guest we’re really impressed with everything. From the start they were very receptive and negotiated with us to make our party a huge success.All our guest were raving about everything from the facilities, staff and the very delicious food, they took care of every minor details which we would have missed otherwise.A very big thank you to Santosh, Prabin, Shisher. Mona , Swastika and Prashamsa for making our night memorable , we will highly recommend them.

I had my wedding here last night and it was a beautiful night. The venue didn’t hesitate changing the date as we had to postpone 4 times due to covid making the process quite easy. Although we had hiccups along the way, it was all rectified within seconds and they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were catered to. Bar / service staff were great and all guests has a great night. Highly recommend their service

We had a great time at the function centre. All the staff were really helpful and made sure we had the best of services on the day. Ample parking space also available.

Amazing place, food and staff

Best place for everything but WORST decoration from here… the decorator took all money but did only half of the decoration …it was my sons first birthday party and we were very disappointed with the decoration. They said they will do all decoration but at the last minute they said they cant. DONT TRUST THE DECORATOR FROM HERE. The decorator’s name is KRITIMA GAUTAM aka Kitty Gautam. She told me to make full payment before hand . And on the day of the party, couple of hours before the arrival of the guest , she said she cant do it. The stage decoration was a disaster .. it was very small. She also didnot refunded the money for the work she hasnot done.
