Does everything to avoid doing maintenance while continuing to put the rent up to only con me out of my bond. Told I was getting it back minus what was owed in rent only for them to steal the whole lot and spend it illegally on cleaning 3 weeks after it’s already signed off without any reports of cleaning or damages. I’ll be taking the matter to VCAT and providing all the documentation of ignored repairs and to show they’ve just now rejected old repair requests on the online portal to make it look like they didn’t ignore them. And the documentation they’ve filled out saying things like mould weren’t present anywhere in the house while inspection reports mention mould to try and make me pay for repairs.I see they’ve re listed the house for even more rent while there’s walls separating from the outside making the house not even weather proof as water comes inside the house when it rains.

This company has the worst service I have ever received. In particular Patrick, no phone calls back, I had to chase him multiple times to get an answer and when he did answer the information was incorrect.He told me a property was on the market, so I drove over 7 hours round trip to see it.I had to ask for an email on the property 3 times before I received it and when I tried to call him to put my offer in, (3 times) again, No answer!I received a text message to say “sorry to inform you the property has been sold”I emailed the company and Patrick to find out what happened, no response!I later read that the listing was now changed to being sold 4 days earlier than my trip.If I was selling a property I would not recommend this company, the vendor could have sold there property for a higher price if the Director of the company did not give if out miss information and wasn’t so lazy.Not happy!!!!!!

From the moment we first viewed our potential new home I felt at ease with the agents. Patrick and Alice were very friendly and welcoming.After putting forward the winning bid at the auction every thing was explained to us and it went forward smoothly.

Worse service I've ever received from RE agents. Had to remind them every time something needed doing and still won't get done.
