Worst company I've ever dealt with. They gave me a quote for a roof repair job at one of my businesses. I gave them the go ahead, but nothing happened. Most of the time they did not answer emails or phone. Four months later, in November, with continuing water damage to ceiling, I managed to get a commencement date for the 23rd. My email and phone call a few days before the start date went unanswered. No-one turned up on the day. My wife used her phone to contact them, and got nothing but excuses, and a promise to do the job by Christmas. After blocking my number, I managed to contact them a week before Christmas. When they were still unable to give me a commencement date, I cancelled the job. What a waste of five months! This is no way to run a business.

Rampro came and repaired a gutter leak at the work shop top job.
