NOT PROFESSIONALThey cleaned quite well, except for the carpet, and floors. The carpet didn't seem steamed, and there was even a lot of hair left behind. The tile floors were left super wet, and when they dried, they were opaque and dirty instead of shiny. Cleaned with dirty water or mops, I don't know.When I got in touch to ask them to clean the carpet again, initially they seemed willing, but then completely ghosted me afterwards. No replies to my emails, or messages, or phone calls. I did not get my full bond back, the slogan saying they guarantee it is a lie. I understand sometimes work will not be perfect, but the fact they completely ignored me and refused to act like professional adults, not even replying to me with a yes or no to my request, is the reason why I do not recommend them at all. Based on my experience, if they do something wrong, they will not take responsibility and leave you on read.

Absolute rip-off. Quote low over the phone then arrive and instantly start addfing fees for everything. Well under an hour on site for a $200 charge and then wanted to charge 10% more for not paying cash (which they don't mention until the job is done). Sounds like a pay cash - they avoid tax" situation. Avoid at all costs."
