Beware if you are on WorkCover and looking for a WorkCover doctor, No assessments were done to gauge the extent of my injuries, dosent care about the patients would rather take your money and let you leave with paper in your hand saying unable to work and come back next week to pay more and I'll write you another one" very unprofessional would think twice before making this your choice of GP.Will be writing a complaint to the medical board."

I was turned away from an appointment with this clinic. the reason?? I needed stiches removed from a small lump removed in another State. The do not have the skills to remove stitches, seems ridiculous.

I always thought a doctor was there to help everyone. The attitude towards my 83 year old mother was whether she was going to pay or not. They are not welcoming to new patients. She wanted some help from a doctor closer to home due to her knee reconstruction and transport problems. She should have gone to see the local motor mechanic for all the help she got! And no offence to the local motor mechanic. I will be complaining to the medical board and the doctor she saw should be struck off! One star is too much for this practice!

Absolutely disgraceful service over 2 visits. From the dismissive front desk at Bartley on first contact to dragging us back in there and charging us for normal blood test results for my daughter that had to be pulled out of school for the appointment. Even the Dr was confused why we were back as we had received a text message to make an appointment but then proceeded to try and justify a charge given we were there. Easy money when someone may really needed this wasted appointment timeslot.

I have been looking for a new gp for a while now and I thought I’d try here.What a terrible waste of time.Doctor was not professional and while I was in the waiting room to be seen, an older gentleman was waiting to pickup a script and the desk ladies had lost it! They mentioned it arrived and had been ticked off but they had misplaced it.I looked at the back wall behind the desk ladies and it was just stacks of paperwork everywhere.

These guys are a joke! I’ve been going here for over 30 years, they have all my medical history and refused to give me a pre employment medical because I haven’t visited them over the last few years because I’ve been perfectly healthy and haven’t had a need… news flash geniuses, if you eat right and exercise regularly you very rarely have to see a doctor.
