Advanced Resurfacing

The owner of the business was extremely rude and aggressive when i was calling for a quote. I wouldnt select him for a job because i would hate to imagine his attitude if something were to go wrong.

Heath did a job for us back in 2016 where he resurfaced a bath for an investment property. He gave us a 7 year warranty on the job. A year later the bath developed a chip on the enamel & started peeling. Heath claimed that this wasn’t covered under the warranty as he claimed the tenants must have caused the chip/peeling enamel. As we didn’t want this issue to get worse at the time, we agreed to pay him an additional fee of $165 to repair the bath again, which after many phone calls & emails; he finally came out and fixed it. Now it’s been approx 4.5 years since he did the original job which has 7 years warranty and the bath is peeling terribly with HEAPS of peeling chips all over the bath. I contacted Heath and once again was told that the warranty doesn’t cover it. His warranty of 7 years is useless & the job he did definitely doesn’t last.

Came on time for the quote, seemed to be the best of the lot, told me he would ring me back with a date for mid August, I rang him to say that he hadn't contacted me. He couldn't do August at all gave 1 /2 Sep. I rang this morning to confirm that he was coming on Thursday, dates were not in his diary. He is sorry if it's his fault! He now can't make it for another 2 weeks.I am now left with looking for another person at the last minute!

Amongst all other tradesmen I have been in touch with and hired while renovating my apartment this year in Sydney, Health was by far the best.He is polite, punctual and did a fantastic job!
