***EDIT***Credit where credit is due, the customer service team did reach out to me and took full responsibility for the company's mistakes. They also offered to credit me the difference in price between their quote and what I ended up paying a different gardening service.***I had 3 hours of gardening booked for a Friday afternoon. When I returned home from work I found that absolutely nothing had been done. After calling the office twice I was informed that my booking had been cancelled due to bad weather (it had been lightly showering for less than 10 minutes earlier that day). I rescheduled for the following Tuesday.Come Tuesday, the gardener called me, unable to find the address. After directing him across the road I returned to my work satisfied that the job would finally be done. Not half an hour later I received an email telling me that the booking had been canceled yet again. There was no explanation as to why. Calling the office for a third time I was told that my booking was canceled because no one was present at the property to pay cash. Two of my housemates were actually present at the time, but that's irrelevant because I had requested the fee to be invoiced to my debit card and told that this would be just fine. The next available service time is two weeks away. I will not be rescheduling.There is nothing fantastic about this service. Avoid, if it all possible.

Timely, professional, and reliable. I've been using the gardening service from Fantastic Gardeners Melbourne for a year. It's hard to find a good gardener who is conscientious and works with such attention to detail as this team does. I love the results!

I love working with Fantastic Gardeners Melbourne. The gardeners are always on time and ready to get started on my lawn. They always have everything they need and provide a quality result every time.

The essential work was done reasonably well, but there was a problem -- our watering system was ruptured. An email and a phone call to arrange a fix have both been completely ignored while I have been inundated with marketing materials seeking more work. (Edit: Further discussions have not led to a satisfactory outcome, but I was asked to please remove a negative review on the web.) So, no, would not use again.Later edit (13/10/2018): We still have two ruptures in our watering system from the gardeners' tools; the issue has NOT been fixed three months and two visits (to look at the problem!) later, but the company has claimed it has fixed the problem in its response to this review) Fantastic Services will not be providing further services to us.

I think that you should be responsible and realise how important it is to take care of your lawn. The process of mowing will keep it nice and beautiful. The fresh green grass will welcome you during every hour of the day and you will enjoy your free time in your garden. A day ago I saw with my eyes the devotion of the experts who work in Fantastic Gardeners Melbourne. They were operating the mowers without a problem.My rating is lower than five stars, because there was a delay of ten minutes or more.

Needed some weeding, trimming and aphid treatment as well as removal of some dead plants (I need a gardener for a reason), Had some reservations about using this service as I have been unhappy with their cleaning branch in the past but I need not have worried! Jaspreet arrived on time (a bit early in fact but was happy to wait) and was courteous, efficient and was able to answer my questions and give suggestions about maintaining and changing my garden. All cleaned up beautifully at the end and for marginally cheaper than our previous gardener who was more difficult to work with. This is my first time using this company but will be using it again!
