0/5In my 35 years of property investing I've never experienced such an inexperienced and unprofessional outfit.Unable to follow simple instructions: I'd told them I'd like to pay a trades-person by credit card so as to accrue the frequent flyer points but they instead dispensed it from the rental income.Property inspections are virtually non-existent, and when they do attend they cannot enforce simple rules such as no dogs allowed inside, there were two large dogs in the bedroom when they themselves wrote the lease stating they must stay outside in the laundry.A simple scan of the grounds does not constitute an inspection, I personally picked up almost a wheelie bin full of rubbish from around the property after the tenant left. When I brought this to their attention, their response was Do you have any photos?"I spread 2.5 cubic metres of soil around the yard to fill in the holes the tenant and their massive dogs had left

I was unhappy with the service I was getting from my agent looking after my property when Madison Galloway contacted me about looking after my property. It was the best move I have made and found Madison to be very professional in all or contacts. I agreed to move and Madison did all the work and made it so easy. Then Vanessa Rodriguez took over as our property manager and it just got better as her follow up and attention to details has been excellent. I am now not so worried about my property being looked after now Ray White North Ipswich.

We are about to begin our second rental home with Elders, and we couldn't ask for a lovelier team to assist us as tenants. Communication is friendly prompt, and thorough. We have enjoyed a reasonable amount of autonomy that has allowed us to really feel at home within the property. We look forward to our relationship with Elders continuing into our second tenancy. I've had nothing but good experiences from renting with Ray White at North Ipswich. More importantly, my property manager Tabitha Ruthenberg has been excellent! She is so lovely and always helpful and very prompt with getting back to us about any issues we may have. Thank you Tabitha, for everything you have done for us for the past two years :)

Bought a property from Nick Knauseder and i have never experienced such incompetence in my life. Previous tenant had moved out and left a stockpile of rubbush. Had Nick ignore my calls on multiple occasions. When i finally got a hold of Nick i was told it is not his problem and to fix the rubbish stockpile myself. People like you are the reason why people don't trust realestate agents. I would steer clear of this company if you want someone to care past a quick pay check.

Nick was a pleasure to work with. He took all the hassle out of selling our properties (duplex). He got above market price in a very short space of time with minimal outlay. We live several hours from our property and it was reassuring to know that Nick was on top of everything. He maintained excellent communication throughout every stage of the process.

Incredibly helpful and understanding people with great follow up times on anything needed in the rental home. Always a pleasure talking to Vanessa our property manager as well as any of the other lovely people from Ray White North Ipswich. Sad to say we will be moving on from our home with this agency as they have been one of the best we have rented through!
