Great products but service is below par, certain employees seem disgruntled and confused with what's going on. When my purchased product hadn't arrived within the quoted time frame I enquired about its whereabouts to be asked by the sales staff online What's the hurry?" I was then told I would receive a follow up email with tracking details which they never sent. The product is great

We ordered a home power cage set up as well as plate weights and an Olympic bar. The team in store were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Once everything was delivered, we had a slight issue with the cage. The team were quick to respond and came out (to Brisbane) in a very reasonable time frame to get it sorted and to make sure we were happy. Couldn't be happier with their service.

Customer service is non existent.We were told a piece of equipment would be delivered today so I took the day off work to receive it as it's a bulky item that can't be left. Only to be told they aren't going to make it today by the freight company.Called Aussie fitness & the lady on the phone said straight out it wasn't their problem & to take it up with the freight company (which I already had).No 'I'm sorry' or anything in that nature, only Well you'll have to organise with the shipping company another delivery day when you can have another day off.""

What an absolutely fantastic company. My first few experiences were honestly not great, had a few issues with out of stock and slightly damaged items, but the way the customer service team handled my issues and their future service and products has been nothing short of exceptional. They were exceptionally prompt with responses, offered replacement items and since those first few times I cannot fault them. Every company makes mistakes but the ownership and resolution they provided means I will be a lifelong customer. Can't recommend them highly enough

I ordered a Club-bell the other day, it came slightly scratched at no fault to AFE. Although it was not much damage I was a bit bothered.When I emailed the team they got back to me with speedy service and helped resolve this issue by giving me a discount on more Club-bells at different weights.I was left ever happy with my service and am sure i will enjoying using my range of new toys.

I would highly recommend not ordering items online, product arrived faulty, mismatched foam pads on leg extension and after multiple back and forth emails spanning 6 months wait time for new parts, still no offer of compensation and no new parts. Company still blaming 'shipping delays' however one would expect after 1 month and the items haven't even left the dock the company might look to other avenues for delivery, no, still being told to wait and still no estimated arrival date of new parts.

Bought a set of 15mm thick rubber gym mats. They were delivered quickly and are very high quality. One was unfortunately damaged by the shipping company. Aussie Fitness Equipment were happy to replace it without any drama. That sort of service is why they'll be my first choice when I need anything else.

Really unhappy with the level of service from this business, I was highly dissatisfied with my machine and requested a refund and they would not entertain it. I had only had the product for a little over a month. Would think carefully before purchasing anything from this company. TM 2000 was a very inferior machine. Had several machines over the years and this one was by far the worst.
