I have been renting with Elders now for about 1.5 years and all has been going smoothly. My property manager, Tamara Mostert, is excellent. She always attends to issues/concerns, she is very friendly, and her strongest point is her ability to communicate effectively between tenant, owner and tradespeople. So there has never been a single misunderstanding and there were a few things that needed attention over this time.

Justine͏ did an amazing job.Justine͏ did a phenomenal job in selling my home. I was surprised how quickly she was able to generate offers and sell my duplexes.After another agent wasn’t able to sell them last year, I’m still shocked at the price she was able to get for them. Way more than I expected. Amazing job.Justine is responsive, honest and hard working. She was honest from the start and sold my property even higher than I anticipated. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home in the Toowoomba region. I’ll definitely use her again.

This was our first time renting. Tamara was the property manager and she was super lovely and always kept us updated on things. We had a pleasant experience all around with Elders. Any tenants renting through Elders I'm sure will feel looked after like we did.

They are not a very professional agency at all! Especially the office manager. When I refused to sign the lease with incorrect information on it, I was issued a notice to leave, hand delivered within the hour. They also entered property without issuing an entry notice. We are now trying to find a new rental, and after being a tenant with them for 7 1/2 years, no breaches or anything, they are now giving bad references to me because I stood my ground. Currently looking at what options there are to have this agency and some staff members listed with RTA. Absolutely discarded at their incompetency especially the senior office manager.
