I’ve had three massages with Shelley and they’re by far the best I’ve ever experienced. She truly has a special talent for reading the body and knowing what I need and the areas to focus on, and the pressure is spot on to relieve my tension while still making it lovely and relaxing. I feel amazing after each session.. it’s an hour of pure bliss and the highlight of my week. Thank you as always Shelley, I can’t wait for my next massage!

Shelley did an absolutely amazing job. She is very attentive and focused, but also very kind and listens to your preferences. I arrived with a sore hip and she knew exactly how to massage out the knot (with the amount of pressure I felt comfortable with). I left feeling so refreshed and in less pain.

Shelley has treated me with both massage and myofascial therapy. By using both styles she has released my neck and face pain, drastically reducing the frequency of my migraines. Her unbelievably kind and caring manner comes through in each session, creating a spa like feeling each time you see her!

Very rare to get a massage that is both affordable, remedial and relaxing. Shelly truely takes in what her clients need. Every experience I’ve had with Shelly Hyland Therapy has been a different experience, as she uses a variety of skills and techniques to target the core issue of stress. Safe to say every time I’ve left a session, I'm riddled with endorphins feeling the self care, muscle ease and total relaxation. Couldn’t recommend higher.

After years of various professional treatments for a shoulder injury, I came to shelley and the results have been amazing. After the first session, the relief was unbelievable. Shelley reads the body and diagnoses in a clear and caring manor. Not only physically but emotionally. Shelley also gave me exercises and treatment to do at home to help with my recovery, I can not recommend her enough.
