I thoroughly believe we have all taken something amazing away from this experience; through learning we’ve gained the knowledge of different processes and theories. We’ve gained insight into our own emotions and those around us, and a perspective we never had. We’ve gained the confidence to explore our options, we’ve learnt to adapt at a moments notice, acting confidently in our decisions and most of all we’ve all developed in our journey to being the best leader we can be.We’ve come away with the strategies to have effective robust conversations, to coach our people to be their best, to manage our own time efficiently, to build a strong and positive team culture, and to use our own awareness in our conversations and coaching to get the best outcome; just to name a few things.Highly recommend.
