White Manor Motel

Very decent stay in Cooma much better than all other motel in the locality. The receptionist was very helpful even after off business hours.

It's a nice location, they sent your booking via email/text. No keys or card, just a code. The tv had free Netflix. Location is not too far from the city, walking distance. Free onsite parking. Next to main road but still could sleep.

Unbelievable . First time in my life I’ve received this attitude. I was at this motel 6 months ago for one night. The air conditioning smells bad and I decided to check the filters. It was full of dust. I cleaned them and I informed the owner.Last week I went for work at Cooma and I decided to stay at the same motel. From the first night I realised that the bed sheet had a brown stain. I called them next day but they didn’t answer . I called them again around 14:00 and they told me that nobody was there to change my sheets. I agreed to change them the next day and they also brought new towels. One of them smelt so bad that when I used it after my shower I went to wash my body again so that the smell would leave. Once again I tried to solve the problem between us and I called them. They didn’t accept anything from me and they told me to go to another motel. They talked without respect,and they made me feel like I was in the wrong because I was tried to help them. I am sorry but you are very rude and unprofessional.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. White Manor has always been my preferred accommodation in Cooma. Checking in and out is a breeze and is always clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

Clean and very adequate. Digital service ok but a bit soulless!

Sign out front says personal service yet nobody is onsight but it didn't matter

I enjoyed staying here as a base for exploring the high country. Room seemed a little dated but very clean and well maintained. Manager makes everything very easy with contactless check in/out. Car parking right out front of rooms. I recommend staying here, also Cooma has plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes in close proximity. Great place to see.

First time in Cooma & I definitely enjoyed my stay at the White Manor Hotel.Check in process was easy, phoned the number upon arrival & was provided a code to access my room.The room, bed was very clean. The bathroom was a little dated w/ the tiling however clean, half of the shower door was also missing. Location was very central, bed was very comfortable and the complimentary Netflix & smart tv was an appreciated luxury.Definitely recommended.

Great room, well set up and spotless. Bed was extremely comfy.
