Not Impressed with ongoing follow up. It is now 2 Months since I raised an Issue and informed it would be investigated and no contact since 9th March from CPAP Depot - for a response to a Philips Download Issue. Even purchased more product hoping I would get better Customer Service! Have got concerns as I have used both Stores

This is the best CPAP shop in Brisbane, range, staff, service, its all tops in town, the pricing is a very competitive, i saved $70 on an F20 Mask and the soft masks are cheaper by 15%. Very knowledgeable and respectful staff, genuinely patient without being patronizing. Just go here, they will look after you old school style and leave you feeling taller and sorted like the tailors of old.

Great service and backup for equipment purchased there. Had an issue with machine /mask and went along to see Jeff and get the problems resolved. Jeff was very helpful and took time to explain what the reports were showing and the steps needed to resolve. Excellent service am happy to recommend Jeff and C-Pap Annerley.
