Do yourself a favour and dont order online from this store under any circumstances. The level of incompetence is mind boggling. They will substitute your expensive products with cheap ones and not provide a refund for the difference unless you contact the company customer service (you'll never get hold of anyone at the store, if you call it goes to voicemail but you wont be able to leave a message because the voicemail is full of complaints from customers). The majority of positive review for this store are left by friends and family of the incompetent, untrained staff. Nobody at this store is properly trained, nobody quality checks orders that go out. Management need to be replaced by people who are qualified and capable of managing this store.By all means, shop there in person, the staff are a bit touch and go depending on what mood theyre in when you encounter them. Just don't order online from this store under any circumstances.

Has a farmers market vibe with a smaller yet boutique product line. Pricing seems similar to the bigger supermarkets for most common special/in season produce. Meat selection is good particularly the grass fed meats and yearling so I try get all my meat there. Only one negative experience was seeing mould growth on a rice pudding. Perhaps mishandled? Staff seem nice and do their best. I did witness a very rude customer berate the ethnic staff for needing to wait as they were short staffed

Open during Easter public holiday. Food selection in Harris Farm is healthy. Vegetables and fruits are fresh. Much better than the two big supermarkets.

Massive variety of good quality produce.Staff extremely helpful and friendly.It's a bit like navigating through a rabbit warren, and can get frustrating jostling past trolleys in the narrow spaces...BUT..because their products are brilliant, one keeps returning.

Great produce. It's a touch IKEA though, once you're in you need to walk by everything else to get out. Blinkers are required to avoid impulse buys.

This is my regular store and there’s no other grocer which has such fresh produce! Their fresh juices are awesome too! The only place in this area where you’ll find fruit cases too. Their sourdough is pretty good too!

The produce is super fresh and delicious! All the prepared foods, salads and juices are amazing! They sell the most Devine premade guacamole! The grocery section has tonnes of items I can't find anywhere else. Love it.

Generous, fresh produce, energetic people, eager to help and I took away more than I had planned because there was so much there that I could repot and grow. This is regenerative retail in action. Incredibly unprofessional. Advertise meat prices at one price and then try and charge you an extra 40/kg and won’t honour the original advertised price. Always check the use by date of stuff too as they often have stuff well past the expiry date still for sale at regular prices. Dodgey customer lines with people always pushing in too. Just poorly run in general
