We came here & had dinner the food was 10/10..Service was 10/10..The chicken kebab & mixed kebab & chips were cooked to perfection..We will definitely be coming here in Ramadan..

Today was our first time trying and this is one of the best shawarmas we have ever had. The wrap was paper thin, stretchy and toasted to a nice crisp. Amazing, absolutely delicious. It soaked up all the wonderful meat juices, the onions was shredded thinly and mixed with herbs, the garlic sauce was aromatic and creamy and complimented the beef very well, the meat tasted as real meat should, not like a heap of processed doner, and the result was a shawarma that we will crave and would be back again for. Furthermore, service was welcoming and friendly, the workers take their jobs seriously and put pride into making every wrap. Al Madena thankyou for the great food experience!

I bought falafel with my friends, they were amazing, bit we didn't like the salad (e.g. tablui was blant , no flavour ) and other salads were included. we ended up throwing it in the bin. Otherwise , the staff are really good and friendly.

Ordered the beef shawarma roll and could not fault it. The meat was cooked nicely and all of the ingredients complimented it so well. Definitely recommend trying it if you’re in the Fairfield area and craving a shawarma full of flavour.

Taste wise no doubt but they have so much attitude.. not gonna come back ever.. told them to cut in half and than they just chuck it straight in the bag and when told them to pack it nicely.. then started showing attitude.. look I was going to eat it not was gonna chuck in the bin.. and have no respect towards customer..

The salads may be the worst I have ever tasted. The tabouli had no seasoning. The cucumber salad was soggy.One of the worst meals in recent memory.Service was also shocking. Apparently good customer service is a luxury not everyone deserves

Across the road from Fairfield station Al Madena Restaurant gets busy at nights. The meat is flavored and has the tradition shawarma bread. If its your first visit get a shawarma roll in a choice of Lamb, Beef or Chicken with a variety of favorite sides and sauces.

The customer Services is top nosh and the staff are professional and well trained. With the friendly environment and outdoor setting act as a bonus. It a must to pay them a visit when you are within Fairfield station they are right opposite the train station in 73-79 the crescent street Fairfield NSW 2165

Very disappointed to visit with family for the very first time.Staff was quite rough and arrogant.Ordered Arabic Chicken Shawarma plater & a Lamb Shawarma plater and specifically requested not to put pickles in Chicken Shawarma as young kids don't like them but they put pickles in Chicken Shawarma anyways. When I notify them, instead of replacing the order to rectify their mistake, they arrogantly mumbled and took all the pickles out from the same Shawarma and gave it back without any apology.Had a horrible experience visiting there.Definitely will not return or recommend them to other friends and family.Owner to reflect on staff training and overall customer experience.
