Not to mention, if you want it done right, do it with Richard!! Early 2020, we off-market, dipped our toes into the water with Richard and the late Mark Manners. After interviewing several other Mosman Real-estate Agents, all sugar coating, promising vast networks, quick and big results. COVID put an end to our 2020 campaign. Mid-2022, we observed a neighbouring property go through two agents; the property was passed in at auction with the first agent and saw the second agent withdraw the property from auction. The property remains unsold 4-months on. A second neighbouring property despite front page articles struggled to sell, eventually selling for $1-1.5m below its value. Both being examples of the wrong agents for the area, the property, the desired price point. Experience, or lack thereof speaks volumes.
