My daughter was shopping there today and the sales lady clearly did not want to be there and was very unhelpful. We're in North Qld and they're stocking long sleeved winter wear in October! This was her first City Chic experience and I'm quite disgusted. If I could give zero stars I would.

The sales assistants are all lovely, uplifting, and incredibly helpful; I've never had an easier shopping experience. The clothes are gorgeous, and both Afterpay and Zip-pay are available in store. What's not to love?

I put 4 items on hold and sent my partner to pick them up the next day because I was working. He only came home with 2 items. When I rang to complain, because she knew I had 4 items on hold, the lady said I dont appreciate your rudeness and hung up on me. I did not swear, I pointed out the facts that she was to sell him the 4 items not offer him 3 2 or 1 item and make a male make that decision. Poor service will not return to willows city chic! Of course I was upset. Who wouldn't be.

My wife lives this store. No body shaming. Not all the garments are the best quality though so you have to pick through for the real gems that they carry.

Shopping with my partner. First impression is Sad. The store is playing country music. Completely goes against the branding. Should be upbeat, fun, new and edgy instead City Chic sound more like Country Hic with this tune list. Your clientele are by definition of retail/fashion industry +size and my partner being of the lower end of this bracket still has a hard time finding an outfit that's fitting or complimentary to her figure. She used to love shopping here, disappointing.
