My dealings with Serena have been via the shop's Facebook page. I am a repeat customer and have purchased a number of unique vintage and antique pieces which have all been gorgeous. Serena's customer service is amazing and she's incredibly considerate and caring. She also went out of way to source a particular item I wanted to add to my collection. It's a pleasure to do business with Serena and I will continue to buy more pieces in the future. 10/10 !!!

Recently purchased a lovely timepiece from this store. For an interstate transaction, the service was amazing and totally unexpected. Communication and feedback with regard to my initial enquiry was great. The detail and expertise provided by owner Reece was terrific, however once having decided to purchase, the assistance provided by Serena was amazing. The item was shipped with incredible care, super fast and at a very reasonable cost. Photos and confirmation were provided each step of the way.
