Got a verbal quote for an air con replacement within an hour of Jeff visiting and then the written quote emailed from Nick that afternoon.Air con unit installed and done within a week of contacting them.Really appreciate being fit in so quickly.And great quality replacement unit too.

Do not deal with this business! Refused to follow up on a warranty issue with our aircon (Nick bluntly stated that he will not assist us even though the product was still under warranty). I then had a warranty followup with our Dishwasher (referral from the manufacture to contact Jeff Brown Electrical as they were the local repair agent) to be told by Nick again that they are too busy to help. Ended up going with a company in Caloundra (Keers Electrical - Highly recommend). I try to shop locally but these clowns are an absolute joke. I’m not the only one in our local community that thinks the same. Won’t be long before they run themselves out of business.

Great response to our problem and repairs were identified and orders were placed for the parts immediately. Great service and top people to deal with.
