Same thing happened to me as with Sophie, didn't get back to me for 4 days about a short stay property on Stayz. I had to call to leave a note. Asked reception whether or not they'd been checking emails with a rude presumably" as a response. Then proceeded to charge the full amount and return the amount minus 1.5 percent fee."

Misleading listings on Stayz - do not book any property managed by these guys. They let bookings they have no intention of accepting go through online, then cancel and you are out fees. I received no apology or explanation of their conduct.
