Recently had to have my eyes retested at Specsavers Bass hill.I was upgraded to multifocals.The whole process was very smooth.Beautiful new glasses and ready in 2 weeks.Grateful for the whole experience being so well done.

I had a great experience here, from checking in, to getting my eyes checked, the whole process was smooth and efficient. Sonya and Nik were excellent, they put in the time to help me choose out my frames and gave me their honest opinion as to what looked good. Would definitely recommend Specsavers Basshill!

Sonya at Specsavers is Amazing! She is extremely patient especially when teaching me how to put my contacts in. She also spent the time with my daughter helping her choose a perfect pair of glasses. Thank you Sonya for always being so welcoming and making us feel comfortable.

Had there been an option, I would have given 500 stars.Helped my mother with eye tests, glasses and valuable advice. My mother was a bit afraid because of eye tests but everything went fine and she appreciated the customer service. Everything was done in a highly friendly and professional environment

They went above and beyond to help me choose my frames and were incredibly friendly. I appreciated their honest opinions and the care they took to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you for the exceptional clinical service. Optometrist Alan referred my husband to emergency as he had a specific vision defect of concern. After further investigations we come to know that he has had a minor TIA and was at risk of a major stroke. Many many thanks once again for following up , really exceptional service.
