I cannot even give Northline 1 star. I booked and paid for 9 boxes to be collected 1 week ago from Bendigo. The boxes were put outside the property for collection. I call them everyday to ask when they are going to be collected and I'm fobbed off with the story that their contractors are onto it and its out of their control. Every time I ring them I am waiting on the phone for an hour. This is just not good enough!!

This company is the most unhelpful transport company I have ever had to deal with.They are unable to tell the customer where their parcel is located which was supposed to be delivered 7 business days ago. All they are good for is saying unfortunately we are not able to provide you with this information.It really shows how hopeless the Darwin transport company system is. And Isabelle thank you absolutely nothing and continuously repeating the same lame excuse is just not good enough.

Waited at counter for around 30 minutes for pick-up while staff sat in aircon office and watched through glass partition.Workers out on floor trying hard to their credit but seem to be under staffed.

Can’t fault them. Bike was dropped off in Sydney on Friday and arrived In Darwin on Monday!! No damage!! Was super easy to get a hold of people on the phone to book and track, and the warehouse guy was a top bloke, nice and friendly.Based on my experience, would recommend.

Out towards east arm ,in industrial area adjacent to the railway station and freght area ,Big ,sheds ,wow, ok one entrance in and another for exit ,good area for pickups and dropping of freight park in allocated yellow area (drop off pick up),very helpful, go inside open white door turn right walk down ,if no one at counter push button ,very open easy to see around ,light and airy.Helpful staff .

Went to pick up a bed liner for a Ute. Staff very helpful: errant package found eventually. Staff brought it out to the jeep for me. System may be a bit disorganized, but staff very obliging.

Waiting 3 business weeks for a small parcel to come from Darwin to Humpty Doo. Less than 25kms. Where’s this GPS tracking in capital cities? Customer rep says they will follow it up with depot and ring back, 3 days later no return call. Small town, guess I’ll just have to go knock on the depot door old fashioned way hey? Hopeless.

5 stars for Heather , she is brilliant and very hard working individual. She did her absolute best to help me as a customer .She was way better than the customer service team on the phone , operated from down south if I am not wrong.
