Hopscotch Occupational Therapy Services

I arranged appointments over 1 month ago for my son filled paperwork online and I got a call an 1 hour before the appointment from Jodie Lang asking what my son needed help with I was a little confused as I filled paper work stating what he needs help with she mentioned to me that she doesnt help children with cognitive disabilities autism, sensory processing disorder developmental delay, fine motor skills, hand writing skills all of the above is mentioned on her website that she can assist with.Jodie Lang is dishonest and discriminativeShe wasted my time and cancelled my appointment as I was on my wayThink twice

I am absolutely appalled by the experience we had at a first appointment. I agree with the 1 star rating that another person has given them as my experience was word for word the same except we had our appointment and was told that they work more with children in areas of handwriting. They are highly discriminatory and they cherry pick their clients whilst charging you for the first visit to say that your child isn't suited. They get you to fill in a very detailed questionnaire prior to your visit online where they could see exactly what your child's needs are. Then they still ask you to come in for a first visit to tell you that your child is not suited and charge you. We have a wonderful OT, we were just enquiring about a summer school program that they had. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

I love Hopscotch’s new premises in Hampton St, great space. I have had a positive experience working with Jodie and highly recommend her - professional, friendly and knows her stuff. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with their services. Hopscotch has been very supportive and suited to our specific needs. My OT has provided me with a comprehensive report and she has followed with my via telephone to see if I have any questions. I find them very caring.
