The old codger working in the Bourke road general store called our dog a “mutt” Our dog is a Maltese puppy he’s only 3 inches off the ground he’s never hurt nobody old mate is probably jealous because he never had the love and joy of being able to own a dog growing up.

I recently visited the Corner Store in my neighbourhood and I am very impressed. The store is well-stocked with a variety of items, from groceries to household items, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful and they always seem to be in a good mood. The store is also very clean and orderly, which is always a plus when shopping. I would definitely recommend the Corner Store to anyone looking for a convenient place to shop. Big thanks to the Overtons for having such a nice little shop in the area.

Rude staff that make up stories about customers which the owners believe which are not true. You would think they would appreciate someone spending hundreds of dollars per month in the store. Buy your lottery products online and don't bother supporting them. Its easier and faster to do so.

Support LocalI went there late on a Friday evening, unfortunately did not get the girls name but she was so friendly and polite, Thank you!thenOn a seperate occasion, I stopped by after the store closed, bumped into who I presume was owner, (I saw the other reviews and I do not think its fair characterisation) whilst the fella was maybe a bit crude in his manner, (he is just BLUNTLY honest, and says it out load.) he was also extremely kind, went out of his way to help, took 30min of his own personal time an hour after the store closed, Thank you for your generosity and assistance. great store, amazing produce, some may be very friendly some may be out load honest, however the people there are generous, kind and helpful. Thank you!!FYI, Be mindful, its not a conglomerate chain, they have to pay a transaction fee, ie minimum spend, Support local!
