I agree with some of the reviews here that suggest the hotel needs renovations. However, the staff here are incredibly friendly, which made our stay very relaxing. We were able to bring our dog, who loved the hotel, and it's conveniently located close to everything. We also had a lovely view of the beach. I would like to give special recognition to the attendant (Hanna/Indian girl - apologies if I've forgotten your name ☹️), who was superb.

The hotel is dated an needs a complete refresh. It's close to the beach which was about the only saving grace for the hotel. If you have a room with a balcony, be aware there may not be keys to lock the slododmg doors if you don't want kids to access them without supervision. The bathrooms are small and somewhat awkward with the layout. The breakfast is fairly decent with a large good variety of foods and drinks available. The price for the family room wasn't worth it unfortunately.

Nice clean place with great view. Close to beach and coast walk. Close to town - great position. Friendly staff. I asked for ground floor instead of one on original order. Got it no worries. It is pet friendly on top of that, so it is good choice for short or long stay.If we go that way again, we know where to stay.

Perfect location and absolutely beautiful views from the room. Stayed for two nights for our anniversary trip with our 6 months old daughter. Courteous Front Desk and housekeeping team members who delivers excellent service. Thank you everyone !!

Pretty awesome place, breakfast was continental but was def more than continental. Rooms were very nice and the view was absolutely stunning. Service was fantastic, nothing was never too much of a bother. Price was a little higher but service out weighed the price definately worth staying here.

Checked in fine. Were allocated room on bottom floor. Walked in, dead flies on bed. Toilet was dirty, yellow water as well. Shower door disgusting. Could barely get into shower as door opened inwards due to basin placement. No shower pressure. Couldn't adjust shower head. A cockroach came out from under the bed in the morning. Disgusting. Will not return

Dear everyone,Good thingsThis hotel has nice staff, clean bed that where made ever 2 days, they had item you can is in the pool for free and a lovely view of the sea..Bad thingsI keep on finding bugs in the poolFound black stuff on the curtainThe outside door of the balcony has gross stuff on itFood is expensive in the fridgePee stains in the toiletDent is the cupboard doorsNo lifts but help with luggageThere is no lunch or dinner provided
