This company is the most reliable, honest, and reasonably priced courier in SEQ. They are willing to listen to their customer's needs. If you need to contact them, they pick up the phone and you do not have to wait 30-60 minutes on hold to be redirected to a different department. Steve and his team are all over it. Support the locally owned Courier company. I have been using Citycoast Freight services for 4 years.

Would give negative stars if I could. Customer service is disgusting. Booked a pickup for Wednesday for a Friday delivery only to be told on Friday they wouldn't deliver Tuesday the following week. Complained and the receptionist chick couldn't care less. Cancelled the job and will go with a competent courier. Avoid these clowns.
