I saw a very elderly lady slowly walk into the pharmacy and be angrily and loudly told by a male staff member that you must have a mask in here!!". The tone of his voice was very disrespectful. It is the second day of the lockdown. Masks are NOT compulsory!! Disgusting way to treat a frail old lady. Tell her politely

book an appointment for covid vaccine 1 week in advance, when i got there they said they didn't have any in stock. they had my number so they could have called me to warn me before heading into the store. they said they would order it in (???) and call me when it arrives and it's been a month now, havent heard back from them. waste of time, i need to get vaccinated for work

The staff at this pharmacy have always been very good,polite and are always so helpful when you are not sure about anything, and will always make the time to explain things to you no matter what language you speak.
