Thankyou to everyone at Tumut Toyota, I had car issues while driving on the Hume. While waiting for the tow truck to arrive I started what I thought would be a long process of phoning mechanics who had time to carry out repairs in the next few days.My second phone call was to Tumut Toyota, they were fully booked, but noting the urgency in my voice Tracey said they would do the repairs between other jobs.A couple of days later, I had my car back and continued on my holiday.

Best Service From a Toyota Dealer I have had. I would highly recommend Tumut Toyota for the reasons set out below. I was taking my mother to sydney to see her sister that has cancer when my 200 series Landcruiser broke down in Gundagai. The screen in front of me show Check Engine and visit your dealer which is why I called Toyota Berwick. The screen showed another problem which I can not remember.I rang Toyota Berwick and they said I could drive 50 KLM and the lady said maybe a bolt had worked loose, something you do not want to hear when your traveling with an elderly mother.I did what she said and started to drive, this area is exceptionally hilly and I found my car was struggling driving along. I pulled over to the side of the road and then I found out i did not have phone coverage. Had to drive a little further just so I was able to call Berwick Toyota again the girl on the other end of the phone she said she would email me Tumut Toyota number. I could not access my emails. So I had to ring her again and finally got the number.She called Gundagai Tilt Trays and told him absolutely nothing and just put him thru to me. He was annoyed as she did not give any details as he said he was just fobbed off as well as myself.By the time of the tow truck driver arriving I spoke Tumut Toyota and they said straight away not to drive my car. The were so helpful and accommodating. They kept checking on me to see how we were. Never heard another word from Toyota in Berwick. When I got to Tumut Toyota they were so helpful they checked on a loaner car, which one was not available to the end of the next week. The mechanic checked a reset my car and said when he got back that it was the injector driver. They help me with RACV which the man James was rude to the Megan (NRMA) on my end of the phone. Megan gave me a ring to see how everything was going, unlike RACV.Tumut Toyota was brilliant could not fault them. They got me into the hotel across the road and gave me a loaner car so I could get to Sydney. Tracey and Julie were so helpful and a credit to Toyota Tumut (Excellent Service). If only they were not that far away, I would service my car there.We were able to get a tow truck to take the loaner car from Seaforth to Tumut and bring my car back. Mick was so helpful and careful. I had an excellent experience with Tumut Toyota. The service on my Fortuner was done in under 3 hours and the overall cost came in under quote.Tracy was excellent to deal with and explained all aspects of the service in detail.They will not rip you off, I highly recommend this dealership!

Had my care in for work, car was booked I for 8.30 am car was on time for a valve adjustment 1hz , and to do water pump and timing belt. Also ordered new steering box, Total quote was $1550 for parts at 3.30 pm I rang to see how it was going and was told by service staff that they would have to keep the car over night to finish the job as they where putting a power steering pump in that I never ordered , price of power steering pump $650, so I instructed them to put the BBM old one back in and still had to wait till 5pm to get my car .so to do timeing belt new water pump and check valves came to $1.485 I think I got roped off here when they quoted on work and didn’t supply the righ parts that where order’s
